These Terms of Service govern the use of the Factur-X Prêt service provided by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
The Factur-X Prêt service enables the generation of electronic invoices in Factur-X 1.0.8 format compliant with the EN 16931 standard.
The service offers free access limited to 3 invoices per day as well as paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Factur-X Prêt provides an invoice generation tool. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and the tax compliance of their invoices.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main.
