Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service (CGV) govern the use of the Facturx-Prêt online service (facturx-pret.fr), operated by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Telemannstr. 2, 60323 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The offer is aimed exclusively at professionals, that is, persons acting in the course of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity, and not to consumers. By creating an account, you confirm that you act in a professional capacity.

2. Service

Facturx-Prêt generates electronic invoices in Factur-X format (PDF/A-3 with CII XML), EN 16931 profile. The service includes entering invoice data in a form, importing existing files to convert (with, in some cases, an AI-assisted reading described in the privacy policy) and batch processing of CSV and Excel files. The generated files are validated automatically (XSD, EN 16931 Schematron, PDF/A). An account can also save a seller profile and a client book to fill in its invoices in advance, and finds in its history the invoices generated, whose file can be downloaded again for as long as it is kept, 90 days at most after it was generated (see the privacy policy).

3. Free access and quotas

The service can be used free of charge to a limited extent: in guest mode, without an account, 3 conversions per 24-hour period; with a free account, 5 conversions per 24-hour period. The analysis of uploaded files is also capped.

Paid plans include an invoice quota per month: Starter 400 invoices, Professional 1,000 invoices, Business 4,000 invoices. For an annual subscription, the quota applies per month. Unused quotas are not carried over to the following month.

4. Prices and payment

The prices in force are shown on the Pricing page. All prices are in euros, excluding VAT. VAT is added as required by the applicable regulations.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the billing period chosen. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are renewed automatically for a new billing period until they are cancelled. Each account can hold only one subscription at a time.

If the payment of a renewal fails, access to the paid features is maintained for up to three (3) days after the end of the current billing period; after that, the account reverts to the free plan until the payment is regularised.

5. Changing plan and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, from “My account” (Stripe's secure payment portal) or by e-mail to support@facturx-pret.fr; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the paid features until the end of that period. To change plan, write by e-mail to the same address.

You may delete your account at any time from “My account” (your password is asked); the deletion is final. It also erases the invoice files of your account kept on our server; if these files cannot be erased, the account is not deleted and you can try again later. It is refused while a paid subscription is neither over nor cancelled (active, unpaid, paused or awaiting payment): cancel it first, because deleting the account does not cancel it.

6. Customer's obligations and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter or upload, for the content of your invoices (mandatory mentions, VAT rates and regime, etc.) and for their tax and regulatory compliance.

The results of AI-assisted reading may contain errors. You must check and correct them before you generate the file.

The generated file is not transmitted by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt): the service is not an approved platform and is not connected to the French public invoicing portal. You are responsible for submitting it to the approved platform of your choice or sending it to your customer, and for complying with your e-invoicing obligations.

7. Data processing

Where the customer processes personal data of third parties in the context of the service (for example in invoices), Radom UG processes it on its behalf. The data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, available at facturx-pret.fr/en/accord-sous-traitance, applies. It is an integral part of these terms and is concluded by accepting them.

8. Liability

The invoices generated by the service are produced with care and checked automatically. Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt) accepts no liability for the tax recognition of the generated invoices. We recommend having the compliance of your invoices checked by your accountant.

Otherwise, liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

9. Governing law and final provisions

These terms are governed by German law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, to the extent permitted by law. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the other provisions is not affected.
