Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the FacturX Pret service provided by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Service
FacturX Pret enables the generation of electronic invoices in Factur-X 1.0.8 format compliant with EN 16931.
Pricing and payment
The service offers limited free access as well as paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Liability
FacturX Pret provides an invoice generation tool. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of entered data and the tax compliance of their invoices.
Cancellation and applicable law
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. These Terms are governed by German law.
